About Us
Harold Warkentin, "The Flying Salesman"®
is the original cottage salesman in the Lake
of the Woods, Kenora, Ontario area (since
1983)
Cabin Country Realty Ltd. began in 1990. The cottage Real Estate Market was tentative until at least the mid 90's. In 1995 we moved downtown to our present location 138 Main St. S. We have a wonderful location with access off Main St. and on the harbourfront.
Our agents
Harold Warkentin, Chris Clark and Greg Kirby
are very well supported in the office by Julia, Tristin, Andrea and Mary. We are well equipped with
our own Cessna floatplane, 4x4's and boats.
We can get to any property in the area.
Our market
area includes North shore of Lake of the Woods,
Minaki, Sioux Narrows, Nestor Falls, Shoal Lake
and Black Sturgeon.
